Learn to Care for Yourself

Coming in for a massage is ideal, however, I also want to give you the tools to take care of yourself in the meantime, between sessions with me. Here a a few products that I use and would recommend you get to keep up your care outside of the office.

Massage Peanut: A great tool for working on the back of the neck and further down the back line. Seat each ball on either side of the spine and find those trigger points all the way down the back

Massage Ball: The ideal size to get into the glute muscles. Lay on your back or prop yourself up on your elbows and shift this ball under your glute muscles to release the trigger points.

Foam Roller: The classic rollout tool, use this on quads hamstrings or calves to reduce tension in those big muscle groups in the most effective way.
